Past Is Past

Sekarang ni aku rasa aku jarang dah post entri tuju2 kat orang ni, tulis blog pasal orang. Status facebook aku pun tak ada sangat kutuk2 orang macam dulu.

Tapi ada yang still make it as a joke.

"Weh, kau careful dengan kecik nanti nama kau naik kat fb atau blog dia".

Well, what makes ex-drug addicts return to addicting drugs? Sebab orang macam ni lah. So don't makes I return to what you don't want me to be. thanks.

Smoking Index

Salam...Hari ni nak citer pasal smoking index.

Smoking index ni adalah indikator untuk letakkan seseorang perokok dalam kategori perokok tegar, perokok sederhana ataupun perokok biasa.

Cara nak kira ialah

Smoking index = bilangan rokok yg diambil dalam masa sehari x tahun merokok.

Contohnya, Ali merokok 2 kotak sehari. Satu kotak ada 12 batang contohnya. Ali mula merokok sejak umur dia 18 tahun sampailah sekarang (sekarang umur dia 30).

Jadi,
1) 2 kotak x 12 batang rokok = 24 batang rokok sehari

2) Dah hisap rokok selama 12 tahun (30-18)

3) Smoking index = 24 x 12

= 288!

Okay bila dah dapat no smoking index, klasifikasikan beliau dalam kategori-kategori ini...

Keputusan.
A) Jika melebihi 400 = perokok tegar (heavy smoker)
B) Antara 200-400 = Perokok sederhana (moderate smoker)
C) Kurang dari 200 = perokok biasa (mild smoker)

Dalam kes Ali, Ali ialah perokok sederhana (288)

Jika anda dalam kategori perokok tegar, sila berhati-hati sebab banyak penyakit anda boleh kena. Sekian saja post kali ni. Babai~

To Blame and To Shame

I logged into my fb account as usual, saw a post from Cadbury saying that they do concern about halal food as we do. Then I read the comments below, and the comments from Malays disappointed me. Oh I'm a Malay too. Well, at least I do think differently.

Cadbury says that their products are proven to be halal. Actually, it's up to us whether we want to believe it or not, but we have no right to insult and give harsh words to the company. We say that we are a Muslims and eating pork is strictly forbidden in Islam. But we forget that insulting others are haram too. 

I felt so ashamed reading those comments; full of inappropriate words and racist comments which are not nice to be heard and seen. And some of them even put the blame on non muslims. What did they do that makes you hate them so much? 

1) Cadbury says their products are proven to be halal. If you still in doubt, don't bother yourselves buying or eating it. You don't have to accuse them and insist to prove them wrong. When you restrain yourselves from eating it when you're in doubt, you get rewards due to your patience. But when you insult them, you'll get sin. 

2) If the chocolate is proven to be haram, Muslims are the only ones who are forbidden to consume it. 
Non Muslims shouldn't be blamed for eating something Muslim can not eat. 

3) Every laboratory tests has its own level of specificity and sensitivity. Some test are highly false positive. May be the test accidentally detected a substance which having the same molecular properties as the porcine dna does. And that made the result became falsely positive. 

4) When it comes to halal or haram thing, everybody turns to food/nutrition experts. Too much concern about something you can't even see, but neglecting sins which were done daily like missing a prayer, telling lies, insulting people, hanging out with girlfriends/boyfriends holding hands together. (p/s : touching pigs is not haram, we just need to 'sertu' it. But touching non muhrim is strictly haram). It's "sertu" not "samak".

Okay aku tak tahu kenapa tiba2 post ni aku tulis bahasa inggeris. I know my English is bad but at least I try to practice instead of insulting other people for making mistakes in grammar/vocabulary. Okay it's 3 am in the morning and I want to sleep. Salam..

p/s : I'm not as pious as you are, but I know that insulting people and blindly accusing people is sinful..

Ustaz pernah cakap kalau benda2 kecik yg kita tak leh nampak ni jangan ambik kisah sangat.
Contoh kalau nak sedekah, tak yah susah2 fikir ke mana duit tu akan disalurkan sebab sedekah tu sendiri dah dapat pahala.
 Contoh lagi kalau darah nyamuk kat pakaian solat tu tak dikira najis jadi boleh teruskan solat.
Ni DNA babi lebih kecik dari darah nyamuk. Tapi dosa2 hari2 yang besar dan boleh dinampak ni yang patut ambik kira. Contoh tinggal solat. Tak ke terang2 benda tu kita tau kita sendiri dah solat ke belum?

Nak Kurus Tapi...

Salam...lama x tulis blog. Ni tiba-tiba macam nak tulis.

Bila belajar medik ni, ramai orang tanya kita macam mana nak buat kalau diorang kena itu ini. And then adalah sorang ni tanya aku,

"Macam mana nak kurus ye? Tapi saya xde masa nak exercise. Diet pun saya malas."

And I was like "whattt.........?" Exercise dengan diet malas tapi impian nak kurus tu rajin pulak dia pasang.
Lepas tu dia tanya, ada tak ubat yang boleh kurus. Supplement kat pasaran fat burner semua tu selamat x?

Honestly bagi aku personally, supplement kat pasaran tu bukannya ubat. Dan bukan ramai pun doktor yang syorkan makan ubat-ubat kurus ni sebab banyak side effect dia. Aku pun tak tau sangat sebab supplement tu aku tak pernah tengok pun sebelum ni.

Tapi aku syorkan tak yah la makan ubat kurus yg dijual kat pasaran ni. Risau takut memudaratkan. Nanti kalau jadi apa-apa susah, takut dah tak sempat nak rawat dah masuk tahap kronik.

Gemuk ni sebab dia ialah lemak. Lemak ni terjadi bila terlebihnya gula dalam badan. Jadi, solusinya..

1) Kalau kita exercise/bersukan, kita guna gula yg berlebihan tu so tak adalah dia sempat bertukar jadi lemak.

2) Kalau x nak diet sangat pun, at least try kurangkan gula dalam makanan.

3) Okay kalau memang jenis degil nak jugak makan manis leting tu, try guna pengganti gula nama dia "ASPARTAME". Ha...ni dia macam gula, dia sama manis macam gula tapi kalori dia rendah sikit la. Tapi jgn letak banyak, kalau tak samalah macam kau minum Diet Coke tapi minum 2-3 liter skali minum. Tapi jangan amalkan selalu sangat sebab ada case study cakap benda ni boleh buat cancer. Wallahualam.

Kesimpulannya, apa2 penyakit pun yg kita dapat ni selalunya berpunca dari sikap kita sendiri. Okay sekian sahaja post sy kali ni. Bai~
